H NMR SKETCH
About H-NMR sketch

Sketching out the H-NMR of a compound is a great way to learn about H-NMR spectroscopy as it means you have to know all about the basic spectroscopic factors : chemical shifts, intergration and splitting patterns as well as the number of types of hydrogen in the system.  By sketching out examples, you are forced to deal with the issues and hence learn about the sometimes more subtle differences that can arise but that allow you to differentiate molecules.

Essentially, you are being asked to predict the appearence of the H-NMR spectrum.

This learning tool allows you to practise sketching H-NMR for a series of compounds to help you review and improve your understanding of H-NMR spectroscopy.
